Deluxe Room

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the room and service we received during our recent stay, which we booked via mobile upon arrival.

The room provided was extremely basic and, more importantly, in unacceptable condition. The bathroom was in a terrible state—unsanitary, with visible damage and signs of water leakage from the bathroom above. The ceiling above the closet was cracked, raising serious safety concerns.

When we raised the issue and requested a room change, the individual at the reception claimed to be kitchen staff who had just started that day. He showed us another room on the first floor, which was only marginally better, and asked us to wait for the receptionist. Before she arrived, another man inspected the bathroom and, despite seeing the condition, claimed no other rooms were available.

To our shock, when the lady receptionist finally arrived, the man told her there were no issues with the bathroom and accused us of creating a scene. Her behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful—she rudely told us that if we didn’t want the room, we could leave. This is not how paying customers should be treated.

We left the hotel feeling humiliated and extremely disappointed. No one deserves to be treated with such disrespect, especially when all we asked for was the basic quality and service we were promised and paid for.

beautiful place to relax and makes us feel -at -home. i had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. The food served there is very delicious

It was a good stay for two days visit for kodaikannal didnt excepted the service as i visited the same place two years back it was worst at that time now the management has been changed and staff are very excellent and a special thing the food taste is very superb

It was a wonderful stay in kodaikanal. People here are so kind and helpful.
